About Us: Established in 1967, High Standard Product is a well known manufacturer and exporter of Knitting Needles, Crochet Hooks, Tatting Shuttles, Lace Bobbins. We have started our reach to international market in 1993 and since then our quality control measures and growth oriented characteristics enabled us to export our 100% production under star exporter status and further got recognition of export house in the year 1996. In the last 20 years, The founder of the company Late Mr. C. Khan, had developed a wide range of Knitting Needles and Sewing accessories & At present company is having about 1800 items in our product range. With the help of modern Hi-Tech equipment / machinery, our manufacturing expertise and quality control system at different stages of production at present we are exporting our product to several countries such as U.S.A. , Australia, U.K., Germany and France etc, up to the entire satisfaction of our esteemed buyers.

Infrastructure: The company has a state-of-the-art infrastructure that is well equipped with modern machines for moulding, drilling and embossing, etc. Besides, the company has a team of skilled designers, artisans and dedicate workforce. Keeping in mind the latest trends and the customer requirements, the artisans constantly try to offer innovative design. We have separate department for each activity that include: Filling Section: We posses 20 workers who are engaged in the filling of products. The filling of the items is done with the help of manual labour and belt grinders. Casting Solution: We have 25 Sand-Casting furnace that are used for brass casting and more than 30 persons are engaged in the job. Machinery Section: We are running well equipped work-shop consisting of Lathe Machines, Capstan lathes, Grinders, Milling Machines, Power-drills, Hand-drills, Power Presses, Hand Presses, and other related machinery.

Lacquering Plants: We posses one electrophoresis plant and three lacquering plants that are available for lacquering of the items in our work shop. Durocoat / Berlac materials are used in the lacquering process to ascertain the best quality of Lacqer and excellent adhesion. Polishing Section: We have 25 motorized polishers that are used in the polishing of items. Power Supplies: We have three diesel generating sets having total capacity of 250 KVA that are installed to ensure constant production in the event of power failure. Cleaning Section: Before undertaking Lacquering Process, cleaning of the items is done with the help of a chemical. Quality Control: Every process of manufacturing is checked under the supervision of qualified engineers and technicians to ensure strict quality control at every step of manufacturing.

Checking Section: We have a separate checking department where our quality control staff checks every item in accordance with the original specification before undertaking the Lacquering Process. Packing Mod: Every product is wrapped properly with crafts paper and then finally in poly bags to prevent atmospheric deterioration. Dies And Patterns Section: Our sound Die & Pattern section provides the best arrangement for the development of new items under the supervision of qualified pattern makers & die makers. We have recently installed gravity die casting, special arrangement for skin packing and wrapping of the items.

Some of the standards under which our products are checked are: Export of raw materials as per the condition laid down by the Government of India. Pre-shipment inspection of relative consignments through Export Inspection Council (New Delhi affiliated with Ministry of Commerce of Government of India).
